OIG turns to OIQ when you copy the URL from Horowitz' report and paste it anywhere. Very cool.
Haven't tried that one, but in the Horowitz report PDF, on the last page, copy the oig.justice.gov/hotline URL and paste it somewhere. The OIG turns into an OIQ. I'm sure it's just a mathematical coincidence though.
One of those mathematical coincidences.
