However, it sounds like Guiliani is writing up a report about his time in Ukraine and will give it to Congress and the DOJ. Having Guiliani testify on his own, or simply publish his findings might be an alternative route.

If you can't, go look on FB comments for local newspapers reporting about impeachment. Take deep blue hawaii for example. People aren't falling for this shit. In fact, people are sick of it.
