Concur that you have to remove the head of the snake and all the bad actors (currently under way). I have no doubt good SES patriots will be relieved when Mattis or POTUS implements a reorg of our DoD/gov't agencies and will do their own house-cleaning/reorgs. If they don't they should be fired. Don't forget that during the SOTU, POTUS said this: "Tonight," Trump said, "I call on the Congress to empower every Cabinet secretary with the authority to reward good workers — and to remove federal employees who undermine the public trust or fail the American people."
