Did you talk to her about the chan? People know at a deeper level who they can trust and who they can talk to, and who knows about stuff happening.
I've been approached by random strangers saying "what's up" and they actually want to chat. I haven't talked to them further but it's been surprising.

Normies don't want to hear about 6 months later. Have a good friend who thinks I'm bat shit crazy right now. Unfortunately he's also NG and Army. Good guy but can't seem to understand that the world has changed.
What's going to happen though if someone wants to buy a house? They'll have to save their money? House prices finally drop to a reasonable level? 1br house 100 yrs old needing repairs cost me $11,700. Got a contract on it for $250/month with 2-4% interest. Sold another house that I had which was paid for and paid it off a few months later.
2-3 bedroom houses don't need to cost 10x as much as a 1br house that the bank won't lend on. Think my house for $11,700, a 2br would cost $117,000 because of the fucking bank.
A new house doesn't cost much more than $15K in materials for a 1br and a 2br is only about $20-25K in materials. They do say that a already-built house shouldn't cost more than the equivalent to actually build the house new to the owner. But right now it's 10X more than the cost of materials.
Ridiculous prices and slavery.
Same situation here. Hard of hearing so I don't even get phone calls.
Awhile back my wife called her mother. Some fucker called her mother on the other line and asked for my wife. Someone my wife didn't even know and lived in a town where she had no friends. Wife looked at the phone the next day and it was a restricted number. So there was some fuckery up with that. So those assholes can go to HELL.
