The Republican memo from the House Intelligence Committee killed a ton of Democratic theories. Basically killed the collusion narrative. Now other reasons for investigation are being dreamed up (obstruction, Russian corruption, whatever) but collusion is dead it seems. The R memo killed it.

I didn't say Mueller had quit. But the issues, from all the soundbites we hear and as you say too, has moved on to something else. Something Mueller really shouldn't be getting into. That's a matter of Mueller's behavior, primarily.
