A majority of Americans believe a “deep state” that operates outside the democratic system exists within the US government and is secretly controlling national policy, according to a new survey.

 

Some 74 percent of respondents stated they believed the so-called deep state, a term used for a group of unelected government and military officials who allegedly manipulate the government behind the scenes, exists, according to the Monmouth Poll released Monday.

Most respondents did not know what the term meant at first, but when told stated they believed it to be real. Just 20 percent said a deep state likely did not exist.

“This is a worrisome finding. The strength of our government relies on public faith in protecting our freedoms, which is not particularly robust. And it’s not a Democratic or Republican issue. These concerns span the political spectrum,” director of the independent Monmouth University Polling Institute Patrick Murray said in a statement….

 

So let's see if we can press our advantage and get even more people believing a Deep State really exists and has their own agenda, contrary to the agenda of We the People.

Let's see if we can persuade the people that Trump has been fighting the Deep State since his inauguration, is winning, and will triumph.

Peru President just resigned before impeachment.

It's related to a widespread corruption scandal called the "Carwash Scandal" that involved money laundering through small entities like gas stations and car washes. It involved bribes and payoffs to government officials, and companies who had large contracts. The Carwash Scandal has been called the largest corruption scandal in the history of Latin America.

Happened in 2014. Brazilian oil company Petrobras was heavily involved as well as many construction firms.

 

I'm wondering if we can uncover any business connections between Petrobras and Exxon Mobil. Want to know because of RT's firing, with reasons still not uncovered.
