Rao joined the firm in 2017 from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, after having been selected by

then-United States Attorney Rod Rosenstein

to serve as the Chief of the Southern Division. Drawing on his experience at the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as in the White House, the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and in private practice, Rao now directs due diligence and corporate internal investigations and advises clients on crisis and risk management.
