CP was a C_A plant. He was inserted into the campaign so that they could then issue a FISA warrant on him. They can then spy-hop two levels. A big clue is that he was never charged with anything. IG doesn’t look outside DoJ/FBI. If he finds anything substantive outside his terms of reference, he hands it off to Huber or Durham. Also, he doesn’t do prosecutions.
