Timing for Durham being on job was confirmed during FBI Gen. Counsel James Baker's House Intel testimony, Oct. 3, 2018.
Baker's atty stopped him from answering particular questions because he was "currently under investigation". Mark Meadows & Jim Jordan assumed it was Huber, but Baker's lawyer named Durham as Baker's boogeyman. Durham was appointed by AG Sessions to investigate DOJ leaks.
This was all closed door testimony, so it was unknown to us. In Dec. 2018 Q teased us with "what if there was another" like Huber.
JJ & MM wrote DOJ a letter in Jan 2019 asking Acting AG Whitaker about what Baker's lawyer was talking about. That's when we discovered Durham's name.
AG Barr confirmed in Feb 2019.
May 2019, Barr announces Durham to investigate origins of Russia probe/Mueller Special Counsel. This was most Americans' first introduction to Durham.
