I see what you did there and agree w a caveat, that it is just across board decriminalized, and gov cannot put unreasonable taxes on sales, and you can grow your own no limits for personal use. Make commercial ops get licenses but not in a lottery system where people w $$ get it (yes i said it right) and those who are small craft grows can still compete.
