Easy to verify by their sha256sum, which is the auto-filename given by 8chan/8kun.
Thus, if that chrome algorithm yields two different results for the same file, something is not right.

When doing stego, one should look for the identical image, meaning that the sha256-checksum has to be the same as the original one.
