One filename is what it had when the file was uploaded and the 2nd is the hash-name that 8kun gave it.

Sometimes 8kun will decide to re-encode an image for whatever reason. The new file will have be named based on the hash of the original file; but if you download it and hash it yourself you'll find that it doesn't match it's name.

Just save the one you get from here. It's not guaranteed to be the exact file Q uploaded, do to re-encoding. But it's the best you can do. The names Q chooses to give the files is often important. The hash-names 8kun chooses to give them aren't.

My thoughts on drug liberalization are that we should legalize production of reasonable small mounts of any flora on God's Green Earth for PERSONAL use but keep distribution illegal. Let the ability of someone to produce there own serve as a test of someone's wherewithal and industriousness to show that they are not a total degenerate. And if any stoners want to whine and complain that growing weed to too hard then they'll validate every stereotype that has been used for generations to keep it illegal.

Us the home brewing laws as a model. You can produce something like 500 gallons of beer and wine, each, per household per year. Set similarly copious limits for the various plants.
