I agree but think it is more than having his back. This happened when he was talking about the transfer of power. We very well could have been placed under a secret marshall law that was kept from the public but allowed for military tribunals.
Q talked about full video taped confessions - that has not happened as far as the public knows. It was past tense, as in already have it.
