If you listened to the impeachment articles being announced, the Dems are already setting up another 'insurance' layer to claim the 2020 election illegitimate should Potus win.
The only point is that with Bloomie in, Potus willl not have a shot. Should he win (not going to happen) a layer communicated yesterday was put into place.
