Back in the early aughts you used to be able to get a generic mebendazole in the U.S. for a buck a pill.

Call your local pharmacy and ask what it costs now. Mine said the non-insurance price was about $1,200 per pill but it was a special order.

A quick search of offshore mail order pharmacy said about 90 cents.
