Are you familiar with the Nuremberg Trials? Germans were to be put on trial in Germany by a foreign occupying force. They had to justify jurisdiction, so they concluded that the entity with political control has jurisdiction.

If the original justice system in America has been replaced with Admiralty courts, then we need to obtain political control and replace it back.

There should be Nuremberg type trials because we are dealing with war crimes and crimes against humanity.
