In a nutshell, blind people to the truth of their own authority over their own mind and you enslave them.

If I can trigger you with a word, I own you. MK_Ultra/Monarch, third wave feminism, Political correctness, all the same basic principal, mind control by tricking the individual into giving up power over their own mind.

They trap you with lies, biggest lie….you are incomplete and need outside authority to guide you.

Church, state, cabal, bad parents, they all are invested in hiding your true power from you. You are complete, you have the authority to make decisions on how you act, and how you choose to think, you can be the person you want to be and not the person you think you are.

The person you think you are is distorted, just be who you want, don't allow others or even your own model of yourself influence your actions or thought processes.

To control someone you influence how they interpret reality, but more important the way they think and feel about themselves and their place in reality.

1st Step to self governing is to understand you are you, right now you exist, that is all, your past is not you, your ideas about yourself are not you, don't allow yourself to be trapped into conforming to an idea of yourself, act and think in line with what you want to be.

Who are you? if we rely on our self image then we are a combination of our "nature and experiences" , but then you have to place this in the context that we "don't see reality as it is" we see a model of reality, so then we all think and interpret reality in a slightly distorted model, incorrect information distorts that model this leads to "who we are" being influenced by distorted outside influences.

From the day of our birth we are feed distorted information, that shapes our model of reality, new information or experiences that conflict with our existing model must either be rejected or we will be required to adjust our model of reality in line with the new information. If we solely base who we are on the existing model, any conflicting information then threatens our existence. Some people are so invested that no conflicting information can be accepted ever. Truth/reality/facts are all rejected if they don't fit the model.

Who you are and who you chose to be should not be influence from external sources.

They make us base ourselves on a distorted model of ourselves that they help create, so our thinking and actions are easily manipulated, our thinking and actions should be based on our core self,

our interpretation of reality should be based on an understanding that incoming data is distorted, and to seek truth over emotional comfort. Emotions are the puppet masters strings.
