The former Spruance-class destroyer, now "Self Defense Test Ship" EDD-964 is underway with "US WARSHIP 22" to the northeast
EDD-964 is a test platform for new CIWS and sensors and such. She can be remotely controlled or have a small crew aboard. Somebody is out there to test some new toys today.
