Exchange shelters VERY senior member.
Q
See Viv[a] vs Viv[e] in the Viva Le Resistance snippet. An exchange is a swap, yes, but also a transaction, a communication, a system for either/or/both.
A system, Anons.
Shelters -- multiple meanings, also. Shelter from the storm, safe harbor (concept of law), deflection barrier (think tarp, think leeward vs windward side, think suicide squad, moar).
VERY senior member -- of what? Branch of govt (Exec) (Judicial) (Legis) (4th/5th estates). Syn for VERY? Senior has multiple meanings -- elder, higher ranked, long-serving (career vs appointed), experienced, higher authority (expertise, power, influence, voice), each notion depends on and assumes comparison and relativity. One is senior to a junior, example, implies pecking order intrinsic and VERY suggests wide range within such comparison.
Example, think ancient Rome. Centurion (commanded 100) amongst 60 of same rank (formed a Legion) and so forth. Does one rise in rank on merit, favor, or death/fall of senior(s)?
