Interesting reminder of Trump's major pre-election speech.

This does not make me think of a 3rd term. It makes me think of repealing the 22nd amendment and potentially other constitutional changes, new amendments such as one defining the Presidential powers so that it cannot creep up and up like it has for the past 30-40 years.
