The constant (every 4-8 years) changing of presidents is awfully inefficient.

Every 4-8 years you have a new guy trying to learn how to wield an immense and extremely complicated power.

You similarly have a lot of institutional knowledge being funneled out when new candidates clean shop.

If Trump fixes our democracy, i.e., installs safeguards that ensure corruption on this scale is never again possible, if the people want to elect a leader over and over and over again so what. Why should the people not be allowed to re-elect a good leader?

Idk, I can't imagine Trump actually wants more than 1 more term. He is quite old, his life must be stressful as fuck, and has been for many years. I wouldn't be surprised if he's just trying to start the conversation.

One thing's for sure though, a constitutional convention seems ill-advised until after this treasonous media-complex is dismantled,

I hear you, but we aren't talking about a revolution here.

We don't need to overthrow the establishment, Q, collectively, is taking care of that for us.

Our founders put a system in place that allows us to modify the government as we see fit. There are mechanisms for doing so, in this particular case, a constitutional convention. Obviously, this paradigm was created by amendment, this very same amendment can be repealed - that's the logical inference from your quote.
