I used to drive a wrecker for the local police. I've seen my share of gruesome traffic fatalities, and I have to call bullshit on this one.
A bomb would blow the windshield out, not cave it in. And I know a bullet hole when I see one. Someone started shooting before the glass was broken.
As for the "no blood" argument, the blood always pools in the floorboard.
