This makes no sense to me. Q has set himself up as a person/group that is very close to potus and has foreknowledge of events that are sometimes thwarted. So therefore, logic tells me he has an "in" with the alphabet agencies. So they must know who he/they are. If that's the case, why would the FBI be investigating Q? If he/they are who they say he is, then surely the FBI is already aware of them? And know who they are?

The more momentum Q gains, the more people in government would know about him, even if they didn't know specifically who he is. Therefore, they would know he is legit and not go after him. Q could easily clear things up at the gov level without telling us about it.
