Taibbi is in the same boat as Greenwald. They've always been on the left, but always honest about the threat of the Bush-Obama national security state and endless wars.
It's why they're banned from CNN.
My idea would be:
POTUS comes out and asks Congress to pass a law that discloses the financials and/or tax returns of every federal elected official, saying he'll sign in into law and be the first to disclose.
Then, what a show the response from the Dems would be.
