Rudy Giuliani Can Barely Contain Himself Over His Ukraine Findings

Rudy Giuliani is grinning like the Cheshire cat. His standard smile.

For the past several weeks, the personal attorney to President Trump has been in Ukraine, interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence to shed light on what the Bidens were up to during the Obama years, and get to the bottom of claims that Kiev interfered in the 2016 US election in favor of Hillary Clinton. He has enlisted the help of former Ukrainian diplomat, Andriy Telizhenko, to gather information from politicians and ask them to participate in a documentary series in partnership with One America News Network (OANN) - which will make the case for investigating the Bidens as well as Burisma Holdings - the natural gas firm which employed the son of a sitting US Vice President in a case which reeks of textbook corruption.

Another Trump District Democrat Ripped By Constituents Over Impeachment: ‘If She Votes For Impeachment, She’s Screwed’

Constituents ripped Democratic Oklahoma Rep. Kendra Horn on Sunday, saying Democrats focus too much on impeachment and too little on improving the lives of Americans.

Horn, who represents most of Oklahoma, Pottawatomie and Seminole counties, spoke at a Sunday town hall meeting where voters angrily questioned her on why she continues to focus on impeachment. President Donald Trump won Horn’s district in the 2016 presidential election, and eight Republicans announced they will run for her vulnerable seat in 2020, according to the Oklahoman.

“As an independent voter, I think you’re in a lot of trouble if you vote for this impeachment,” said Edmond, Oklahoma, resident Susan Jaslow, the Oklahoman reported. Jaslow voted for Horn in 2018, but said she is part of a group of independent voters upset about the impeachment circus.

“If she votes for impeachment, she’s screwed,” Jaslow added.

“We want Congress to get back to work for the American people, please,” said Ronda Peterson, who identified herself as a conservative. Peterson said Congress has been obsessed with impeaching Trump all year.

Horn responded to Peterson by saying, “It’s frustrating for me.” Horn has said she has not made up her mind about impeachment, and her press secretary told the Daily Caller she is “reviewing the articles of impeachment” and “has not announced a decision.”

“Because that’s not what I’m doing on a day-to-day basis,” Horn told Peterson. “I didn’t run to impeach anybody. I ran to fight for Oklahoma, for education, for health care … and that’s where I’ve been spending my time.”

Horn’s communications director Chris MacKenzie directed the Daily Caller News Foundation towards news coverage of Horn’s town halls where constituents showed support for impeachment. He also pointed out issues that Horn supports that are not related to impeachment including a bill to lower out-of-pocket prescription drug costs and Horn’s support for the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement.

“We’ve heard from constituents on all sides of this issue,” MacKenzie told the DCNF.

Horn also said Sunday that impeachment takes up “most of the air in the room,” but partially blamed the media for it. “It’s just easier to cover those things that fire people up and divide them,” she said.

US’ Afghanistan Disaster Caused by Dodging Vietnam War Lessons, Seeking Only Public Opinion Cures

The Afghanistan Papers have revealed the US never learned the lessons of its loss in Vietnam, with US leaders seeking only how to turn around public opinion, a historian told Sputnik Friday. Indeed, the foundations of the 18-year-long Afghan War were laid just four years after Hanoi’s 1975 victory and based on nearly identical motives.

“Governments lie, and they lie most about foreign policy, because foreign policy is less accessible than domestic policy to most Americans,” Peter Kuznick, professor of history and director of the Nuclear Studies Institute at American University and the co-author of the book and documentary series “The Untold History of the United States,” told Radio Sputnik’s Loud and Clear Friday.

“Most Americans don’t pay a lot of attention, and so the governments believe that they can get away with just openly lying about this.”

“It’s interesting that many people are drawing parallels between this recent expose about Afghanistan and the Pentagon Papers that Dan Ellsberg released back in 1971 about [the US war in] Vietnam,” Kuznick said. The massive whistleblowing divulgence revealed to the US public the extent to which the US government had lied to them not only about the waging of the Vietnam War, but also its extent, including the hitherto secret wars in neighboring Laos and Cambodia.

Kuznick explained that in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the US government “kept telling the American people that we were winning the war in Vietnam. But if you look at the actual reports from the CIA, the intelligence people, the State Department, they all understood that we were not winning in Vietnam and that what the government was telling the American people would be necessary to win in Vietnam was not what they really knew. So they were sending American boys out to die and to kill for a lie.”

“The same thing is happening in Afghanistan now. Not on quite the same scale in terms of the numbers of American troops deployed or the numbers of people being killed, but certainly in terms of the mendacity involved,” Kuznick told hosts Brian Becker and John Kiriakou.

However, contrary to the popular belief that the United States experienced a collective genuflective moment following the defeat in Vietnam and reassessed the wisdom of such overseas ventures, Kuznick said the origins of the mistake that became the Afghan War go back to the 1975 Church Committee, a Senate investigation of alleged CIA, NSA, FBI and IRS abuses of power. One of the committee’s primary subjects was the 1963 assassination of South Vietnamese dictator Ngô Đình Diệm, which the CIA helped direct and coordinate.

“From the very beginning,” Kuznick said, “nobody looked at what really happened with Vietnam. They said, ‘We’ve got to put this behind us so we can move forward,’” and former US President Ronald Reagan tried to recast the Vietnam War as a “noble cause.”

Mossad: How One of the World's Most Mysterious Secret Services Won Its Reputation

There is much speculation surrounding the Mossad, the Israeli secret service, responsible for intelligence collection, covert operations, and counterterrorism. Yossi Melman, a prominent Israeli journalist and author specialising in intelligence affairs, has busted most common myths surrounding the agency.

Exactly 70 years ago, David Ben-Gurion, the first prime minister of Israel authorised the establishment of the Central Institute for Coordination which later turned into what we know as the Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations, or the Mossad, one of the most mysterious and discussed secret services in the world.

At that time, Israel found itself in a unique position encircled by hostile Arab countries which refused to recognise the Jewish state. The very next day after the publication of the 14 May 1948 Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel, five Arab nations invaded the territory of Britain's former Palestinian mandate. Earlier, Arabs had refused to adopt UN Resolution 181, which would divide Palestine into Jewish and Arab states, with some of them maintaining a boycott of Israel until the early 1990s. Under these harsh conditions, the Mossad kicked off operations aimed at ensuring the security of the Jewish people.

Mossad Managed to Score Some Big Successes Over the Years

During its 70-year long history the Mossad has managed to score some big successes says Yossi Melman, an Israeli leading investigative journalist and the world's known bestselling author of non-fiction books on the Israeli intelligence community.

For example, in 1956, the Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations managed to smuggle a copy of the secret anti-Stalin speech by Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev across the Iron Curtain. The operation brought the Mossad great respect, the investigative journalist recalls.

In 1960, the agency kidnapped Adolf Eichmann, the SS officer who played a leading role in the Holocaust, referred to as the "Final Solution to the Jewish Question" by Hitler. Due to the Mossad's actions the Nazi war criminal was put on trial in Israel, Melman notes, adding that though everyone knew that Eichmann was abducted from Argentina, Israel never acknowledged how it did it. This case hit the headlines worldwide, further promoting the Mossad, the author recollects.

Alex Jones Files to Dismiss Sandy Hook Lawsuit for 'Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress' Against HIm

Texas Judge Scott Jenkins is expected to rule this month on a motion filed by InfoWars host Alex Jones to have one of the pending suits related to his media coverage of the Sandy Hook shooting in 2012 against him dismissed on the grounds of "intentional infliction of emotional distress," according to the Austin American-Statesman.

Jones was seeking dismissal of the defamation case filed against him by Sandy Hook shooting victim father Neil Heslin. InfoWars contributor Owen Shroyer has said Heslin's claims that he held his son as he died after the shooting are untrue.

"He's claiming that he held his son and saw the bullet hole in his head," Shroyer said on InfoWars. "That is not possible."

Newsweek reached out to Jones' counsel, Austin attorney T. Wade Jefferies, for comment on the case but did not receive a statement in time for publication.

Jones garnered media attention for his comments concerning the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut in 2012 in which 26 people were killed. Jones told his audience that the shooting event was a false flag and that "no one died."

"Sandy Hook is a synthetic completely fake with actors, in my view, manufactured," Jones said in January 2015. "And it just shows how bold they are that they clearly used actors."

Since then, Jones has said that he was suffering "a form of psychosis" that made him believe certain events were staged, such as the Sandy Hook shooting.

"So long before these lawsuits I said that in the past I thought everything was a conspiracy and I would kind of get into that mass group think of the communities that were out saying that," Jones said in an April deposition. "And so now I see that it's more in the middle."

In a deposition recorded this past November, Jones was asked by attorney Mark Bankston, representative of the plaintiffs in multiple lawsuits connected with Sandy Hook, if he believed children actually died during the shooting.

"I believe that the children died there," Jones said, "and I believe that a lot of the anomalies that were brought up have been disproven and I believed that before I ever got sued."

Bankston has also asked the court to levy a judgment against Jones and InfoWars, citing their inability to give the pending cases a sense of gravitas.

"Defendants have been given ample opportunity to take these lawsuits seriously and obey the rule of law," wrote Bankston. "Yet despite a rotating cast of counsel, Defendants have remained stubborn in their refusal to respect the integrity of the proceedings. Now it has become apparent that Defendants' cavalier indifference to this Court's authority has compromised every form of evidence in this case."

"I do not agree with the blanket statement that my clients have engaged in 'repeated flagrant discovery abuse, intentional spoliation of critical evidence, and bad faith dilatory tactics,'" Jefferies told the Statesman. "My response to plaintiff's motion will address those allegations."

CJ Pearson Challenges Greta Thunberg to a Climate Change Debate

Greta Thunberg was just named Time’s “Person of the Year.”

This ensures that she will be forever remembered with the likes of Adolph Hitler, Bill Clinton, Stalin, Khrushchev and Ayatollah Khomeini.

What an honor!

Still, despite her international accolades, CJ Miller thinks he can teach Greta a thing or two about reality.

Here’s more from Conservative US:

Environmental activist Greta Thunberg has been named TIME Magazine’s 2019 Person of the Year.

Thunberg, who is Swedish, rose to international prominence this year with her Fridays for Future protests, which took root around the world. She has been participating in climate protests across the globe and is credited with raising awareness of climate change.

One black conservative teenager decided to react.

CJ Pearson challenged environmental activist Greta Thunberg to a debate on climate change following an announcement that she had been named Time Magazine’s 2019 Person of the Year.

“[Greta] – teen to teen – let’s meet on the battlefield of ideas and debate the merits of your claim that climate change is the existential crisis you characterize it to be,” he challenged.
