It's a civilian air carrier. I don't know why they always display a MILitary tag on ADSB but it do.
I've seen that one and it's not even any of the ones in the collage that an anon collected. The facial proportions are nowhere close to the one we call Hillary. Always check the ratio between two unchanging measurements:
Distance between the pupils
(Draw a line between the eyes)
Distance from that line to the bottom of the upper front teeth (not visible in tihs picture, have to locate an image that displays the front incisors).
That ratio is a constant and varies from person to person.
I forget the website where I read about this, a couple of years ago, but it provided fascinating and unforgettable evidence that there are several (many!) doubles.
