Alright, I have the associated visual sequences on my offline but have yet to put them into a larger collage as this is a very slow process and I am doing this by my own autism and without any audio transmission. There are several different segments of perceived blinking transmission. I want to first stress that I have no way to substantiate this in the form of a primary source as there is no source that will be running the eye blink on sequences for the public to see. So you will have to verify on your own which I fully expect (and hope) anons will do since I am not beyond error along with, again, this is being handled by my own innate ability to spot these things and translate them into a viable communication form (don't ask, long story, just consider it autism).
Also to add we must take into consideration variations with code usage and the possibility that it may be an internal design by a group. In other words, it may not be normal understood Latin languages morse and may be something far more complex.

So we have one DNC candidate who endorsed a guy who publicly states beastiality is okay, then we have a woman from the left calling out another woman for an allegation, then we have a DNC Congressional candidate post about POTUS candidate Sanders support… only for Sanders to pull it less than a day later.

I have not yet even considered the time of that video and what it might relate to and have taken a break from it for a few to look at other stuff as I have been on that for over three hours. But I will say that the two words "sweeping" and "systematic" also show up all over the media from that day AFTER the Barr hearing. So I wonder to myself if the code (if it is legitimate) may be signaling narrative shift and those two words have a deeper meaning.

No I am actually happy to recieve such a comment as these things deserve the highest level of scrutiny. No problem at all. Frankly I really dislike posting anything that I cannot myself verify and try to do all I can to prevent that but as I wrote in the opening post, it's tin foil as I do not want anyone getting the wrong idea and thinking I broke some super secret message. At least I don't think I did but one thing I do have faith in is the guys who make the big bucks at those agencies to spot and handle these things, I am sure they have long been on it and especially so since the big man has cleared out the bad apples.
