point of fact (sorry no sauce) there was an execution a while back where the condemned claimed he had come to the cross of jesus christ and was saved. as he died (he was not consious at the time this happened), he lifted his hands as though the lord had come and claimed him. i can't speak for anyone but me as i say that when i read that, i felt the presence of the lord's holy spirit.
