And it is odd that the Dems do not complain about the fact that Ukrainian prosecutors HAVE OPENED investigations into Americans and HAVE SHARED information with DOJ prosecutors in the USA. If there was a quid pro quo, then prosecutorial actions were being traded for aid money.
Funny thing is, that on the question of aid alone, there clearly was a quid pro quo. The USA wanted to only release aid if Ukraine would investigate and prosecute corruption. Once the USA was assured that would happen, the aid was released.
