basically the global is supposed to prevent non-tripcode drops being called Q posts, and thats it
so conversely, on that day, once Q tripped on an ID with prior drops, it was known that the ID was Q, if any of those other drops were notable prior, they are still notable as anon
if they were not notable, they are not notable
meaning, they are not notable just because they are now Q, or if they are its fine, they are just as ANON though
if its Q - its tripcode
it its Qs ID - its anon
