These tests were apparently not available to Horowitz. Are they available to Huber? Several allies have been scrambling to distance themselves from their parts in the coup attempt. Several have new heads of government. Several have pressured Q+ not to DECLAS.
Release of this kind of information, if it is ever completely done, needs to be done in a way that the effects of its indirect consequences can be channeled in a, more of or less, positive direction.
