You can easily inspect and edit, but then to get it the same on multiple devices, you'd have to save a copy of the edited page to a different URL and load that up on your devices.
You'd also, to pull off this fake, have to be careful to get the (You)'s just right on the different IDs (e.g. test posts 5 / 7 / 11 could all be same device, but 10-11-12 had to have been different devices).
And, you'd need to remember the "16 hours ago" on the first bread post, and cross-ref that to the "5 days ago" on your two other devices.
Finally, you'd have to take a photo of that and then wait 9 months to post it. Or, you could have done it today, but … why bother going to all that trouble, especially if anons are just going to demand team Q confirm regardless?
