lemme tell you what works for me: 1 or 2 garlic cloves (chopped) 1 or 2 spoonfuls of chopped onion, lemon and salt at will… (eat that during or after a meal so your stomach is not empty and you don't feel like you just swallowed fire)… eat that 2 or 3 days in a row, it will give you and your immune system lotsa energy (add turmeric and ginger for an extra punch)
ohh and also fasting and breaking the fast with chicken soup :)
