I know people say that all the time, but the reality is that something of that magnitude (both political and environmental) will probably never be seen again in this country. Majority of people wouldn't want to see it done anymore. I live in South Dakota, South Dakotans wouldn't want it done anymore…the last mountain sculpture will be Crazy Horse, but that thing is taking forever because it only uses private donations to fund it. Mount Rushmore used Federal money and was done fairly quick.
Yeah, Mountain carving gargantuan busts of presidents or famous people in history is probably a dead art.
