At the end of this clip, Chris Wallace asked Comey if he know "about all of this" regards to FISA abuse. Comey's answer is something to the effect of "that's not how it works in an organization of 38,000 people. You have to let the people under you run the investigation".

 

That's ridiculous on almost all accounts, not least of which because it was an investigation into a political campaign. But it also then raises the natural follow up question:

 

<Why did you move the investigation from a field office to FBI headquarters if not to keep a better eye on it?

 

Would be nice if a journalist would ask the question.
