Have you guys ever heard of “The Senate Photographer”

Uncle Joe and whom ever these people were at this

ceremony were up to NO GOOD!

They would take a picture and the JB would point up to

the balcony (2nd floor) for another pic. Soon I noticed

the photographer start shuffling the kids around so to

make sure they were in the picture, seems innocent

enough but not after all the clips and full video
