the sad part about that stat is that there are literally 1000s of academic, govt, and non-profit studies that prove single parent household is the number 1 leading indicator of child and family poverty.

I don't think states can turn off internet service (or phone service), especially cell phones where the Area code is meaningless. It also opens up the state for major lawsuits if kids.old people/sick die because big state lit give turns off power because of guns.
