We already know they were spying on other campaigns from the IG report. They started spying because Halper had talked to PapaD. At the time PapaD was still on the Ben Carson Campaign, as was Carter Page. After Ben dropped out they moved to the Trump campaign.
It's already documented and out there. People aren't making the logical connections. They have to be led. It has to be in a simple meme. They wont read 400 pages and figure out dates.
