I rememeber Dave Hodges around spring of 2018 talking about an acquaintance of his, who worked in law-enforcement and allegedly received the intial Q posts (those Q made on 4chan) on his phone, without any trace where those messages came from. Hodges alleged that his freind carried out forensics on this phone to try to figure out who sent those messages, but it could not be determined.
That is what I recall from the time I used to listen to him. Otherwise he seems to be a big-time prepper and always concerned about UN troops and UN "peace-keepers" taking over the US.
