Gen. Flynn Atty. Sidney Powell Predicts Durham Will Indict, Not Just Write Report

Sidney Powell, author of Licensed To Lie, said Thursday shewas stunned, about what the DOJ IG Horowitz revealed in his report and at his recent testimony in front of Congress about the abuses of the Government’s FISA court.

Powell predicted that US Attorney, John Durham would indict people, not write a report, and she gave her reaction to the recently exposed abuses of the FISA Court against American citizens.

“It is frighting the amount of power the FISA Courts have against the American citizen, who are not allowed to know about what is being used against them in the secret courts,” Powell said.

Powell was a guest on the War Room Impeachment Podcast with co-hosts Raheem Kassam, Jason Miller an Stephen Bannon.

Powell said on the show, that what she heard in the Wednesday’s testimony was, “absolutely a stunning revelation and what I have been screaming about for 10 years. They are hiding exculpatory evidence and they are hiding every bit of it with respect to Carter Page. They got warrants, to get everything he had written, on any and every day.

That kind of warrant gives them access also to whoever had contacted Page, so they could get everything they had written on any day as well,” she said, “and all with warrants were all based on lies.”

“It is a federal felony to falsely federal evidence. Everyone knows that the person who did that is wrong. He changed the meaning from what the CIA wrote about Page for the FISA court. And it used is secret so no one represents the defendant and the FISA court rubberstamps these applications because they trust the government so much,” she said.

“It affects everyone. Remember they can get warrants out of this secret court for warrants for everyone the defendant has communicate with, and no one knows about,” Powell said.

“I think whether or not there are legal consequences for anyone over this depends on John Durham, and if he is serious about finding out what was going on Durham will find out what the people, who were all handpicked, were doing. They were all hand-picked because they would know what the goal was,” Powell said, signaling that there was a problem in the Intelligence Community.

Powell said she Represented General Flynn, a three-star general, who was also embroiled in legal issues stemming from the FISA court and the 302 forms, giving permission to spy on him, as early as 2015, “he is doing very well and appreciates all the support.

People from MikeFlynnDefenseFund.org have been generous, and we feel people’s prayers. It has been an uplifting experience in many ways,” she said.

Powell, who has written extensively about the reform of the FISA court said that “Justice Roberts is the only one who can exercise oversight or has any supervision over the FISA court. It is really a star chamber, it is a terrifying experience and we shouldn’t have a process like that for American citizens. The FISA court needs to be made over. They can not rubber-stamp everything out of the government,” she said.

“We have a systematic problem in the intelligence agencies,” she said.

Powell has a new book coming out in February, title, Conviction Machine, highlighting solutions for reform of the FISA court.

“One thing I recommend in the book is that we need intelligence agencies to record interviews with everyone. Robert Mueller said that recording interviews would be too much for people to handle, at a time when everyone has a phone in their pocket and can record anything at all,” she said.

Powell finished by saying that in her twenty years of professional legal work she had never seen a US Attorney release a report.

“His job is to indict people, not write reports,” she said, “if McCabe and Comey haven’t lawyered up yet, they’re even dumber than they look.”

Nunes destroys Schiff in scathing letter: You need to go to rehab for lying and 'admit you have a problem'

In a scathing letter, House Intelligence Committee ranking member Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) told committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) that he is "in need of rehabilitation" after the Department of Justice inspector general report on the FBI's Russia investigation directly contradicted several of Schiff's previous assertions.

"After publishing false conclusions of such enormity on a topic directly within this committee's oversight responsibilities, it is clear you are in need of rehabilitation, and I hope this letter will serve as the first step in that vital process," Nunes wrote before pointing out a series of false statements by Schiff.

'Your rehabilitation will be a long, arduous process'

Nunes went on to praise Schiff for acknowledging the FBI committed errors in its FISA warrant process, but noted he "dramatically" downplayed "the scale of the abuse the IG uncovered." Still, Nunes said it was "a valuable first step—a baby step, but a step nonetheless—in your rehabilitation."

The California Republican then cited Schiff's criticisms of Attorney General Bill Bar and U.S. Attorney John Durham expressing concern over the IG report as evidence that his "rehabilitation will be a long, arduous process."

Nunes added that "when the IG identified gross abuses in [Schiff's] jurisdiction," the Democrat "expressed full faith" in the agencies he was supposed to be "vigilantly monitoring" and "rejected any oversight whatsoever of their supposed clean-up efforts."

Schiff is 'hijacking the Intelligence Committee for political purposes'

Nunes also wrote that if the agencies with "a documented, severe abuse problem" are to be trusted to police themselves, it's fair to ask why this committee even exists" aside from "being exploited by [Schiff] as a launching pad to impeach the president for issues" outside of his jurisdiction.

"As part of your rehabilitation," Nunes added, "it's crucial that you admit you have a problem—you are hijacking the Intelligence Committee for political purposes while excusing and covering up intelligence agency abuses."

Nunes invited Schiff to work with him on his rehabilitation and asked that he schedule a committee hearing with Inspector General Horowitz in the near future:

I understand taking action on this issue will be difficult for you, as it will be an implicit acknowledgment that you were wrong to deny these abuses and that you were complicit in the violation of an American's civil liberties. I also understand that such an acknowledgment is made even more difficult by the fact that you've already been discredited by your years-long false claim that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to hack the 2016 presidential election.

Nevertheless, I refuse to believe you are beyond redemption. I invite you to work closely with me on your rehabilitation program, and look forward to your scheduling a committee hearing with IG Horowitz at the nearest opportunity.

(Tech Giant) Oracle pulls conference from San Francisco, citing the usual ‘crap’ resulting in massive loss of revenue due to loss of this event for the city

Oracle pulls conference from San Francisco, citing the usual ‘crap’

For nearly two decades, Oracle’s OpenWorld conference has been held in San Francisco. It made sense; their corporate headquarters is in nearby Redwood City and Silicon Valley seems to be the right place to have a massive tech conference. But they’ve decided to move the event to Las Vegas for 2020 and the foreseeable future, citing the usual “crap” that is often associated with the modern day version of the city by the bay.

After decades of far-left progressive leadership in city government combined with far-left Democrats controlling state policies, San Francisco has become synonymous with two things: high costs and filthy conditions, including human feces throughout the city’s streets. Rampant homelessness and laws that tie law enforcement’s hands have produced the latter, and attendees to previous OpenWorld conferences voiced their concerns.

The loss of $64 million in local business revenue couldn’t have come at a worse time as the city continues to struggle in the wake of Governor Gavin Newsom‘s stint as San Francisco mayor. Meanwhile, residents and tourists have been voicing their concerns that the city just isn’t what it used to be.

“They feel their safety is as risk because they are seeing so many people with issues,” said Kevin Carroll of the San Francisco Hotel Council.

Costs, also cited as a reason for the move, had been skyrocketing for visitors during previous events which had occurred during the “October Crush.” The average cost of hotel room was $264 per night in October, which in previous years inundated the city with OpenWorld and Salesforce’s Dreamworld conference. The latter was moved to November two years ago as a result. With OpenWorld changing venues, October in 2020 isn’t going to the financial boon it has been in the past for the city.

When a city suffers through progressive policies for an extended period of time like San Francisco, they invariably become unsustainable. Yet, city voters continue to elect Democrats. They have nobody to blame but themselves.

Poop-Covered Streets Cost San Francisco $192 Mil After Tech Giant Moves Event

https://www.westernjournal.com/poop-covered-streets-cost-san-francisco-192-mil-tech-giant-moves-event/“Oracle stated that their attendee feedback was that San Francisco hotel rates are too high,” a San Francisco Travel Association statement acquired by CNBC said.

Although high hotel prices are sure to scare away some attendees, the horrific state of San Francisco’s streets also appeared to make an impression.

“Poor street conditions was another reason why they made this difficult decision,” the email explained.

Nothing is further from the crisp and clean image of a tech company than crumbling streets overflowing with human waste, intravenous needles, medieval diseases and rampant crime.

The state of San Francisco’s roads and walkways has been well-documented, and now their abysmal reputation is costing the city some serious dough.
