My neighbors upstairs is riding my wifi to connect with the next door neighbors network. When I shut off my router thats hook up to a land line they scramble upstair to reset their shit. I know this is not the place to talk about this and I am sorry. They don't show up as being in my network, I have no idea how to solve this. I was hoping they take the hint every time I shut my shit down.

Thanks, I'll look into that. I know plenty about the neighbors having had some dangerous people living upstairs, so I do what the landlord should have done, background checks. All my neighbor have records thieves, one guy was on a most wanted list armed and dangerous that use to play pool at 3.00 am with his friends. We called the police when the balls started flying out their windows.
