Yeah just had a quick read. It is talking about historical events in ancient history and follows the same narrative as other occult books I've read on the subject regarding cataclysmic events.
Hadn't come across this one before. So many of these occult "stories" are written with such elegant passion, almost as if the authors are giving a sincere warning for the generations to follow to pre pair.
I wonder why this was classified?
Maybe people would be focusing their labor and resources on other things like paying taxes and supporting pointless wars.
