Hastings showed up senior year at a High School and was magically that age?
in a clown town.
was in NYC for 9/11?
to me, after studying him for quite a while, he is a 'far fetched' character.
I want to say I think he was a spy.
why do I say this? With a name that is so . . . let's say 'petigree' he didn't 'look the part'. He looked more like an Eastern European.
-
when he 'died' his 'wife' really didn't seem to give two shits about him.
-
his 'fiancee' gets killed in Iraq (supposedly) and he exploits her memory by writing what can best be described as a poor first draft about her. There are even sex scenes like you'd find in a dime-store romance novel, the kind with a muscle man holding a vixen on the cover.
I really think he was a spy.
He was one of the 'cowbird' midgets.
his family seem connected to that network.
too close to the border of Canada and not really locals there, to 'blend in' in a clown town
I don't buy his story, I think he was not what he seemed to be.
Plus, after being embedded with military, he basically trashed them in his book 'the operators'
and then he was AT the Barack/Vallery squat-house (which is in Washington DC, we call it something else now ) for a period walking among the reptiles . . . (allegorically) and then has an ephiphony to only explode himself by . . . slcing his highend sports car with a fire hydrant or a tree and immediately the local 'jeweler guild' is out there with garden hoses in the early AM hosing down the wreckage, and no death Certivicate.
and no pictures of him less than 18 or 17 years old.
and an ex wife who really didn't seem to give a shit, at all, when he was 'killed' in Los Angeles.
fake fake faken-gay?
I'm not saying he wasn't a nice guy.
He was either in a nest of clowns and used by them and didn't know it, or he was himself a clown.
Of course I might be wrong, these are only my opinions.
