Speculating a declaration of war/rebellion were declared along with an emergency session of the Senate to ratify it, how would that work for, say, Dec 19th?

I'm also assuming a state of emergency and certain secret executive orders have been in effect for a couple of years now. That under those, the identities of the traitorous rebels have been established. That rebel elements exist in all three branches of the federal government. And that the suspension/removal of those elements would coincide with the above speculative declaration of rebellion.

Would it be best if the Supreme Court, and maybe its Chief Justice be given the authority to remove traitorous elements in the judiciary? Or would articles of impeachment be drawn up for those judges identified as traitors, suspensions issued etc? This could take a long time and occupy the Senate for years. Involving the military or DOJ could be touchy even with a Senate ratified declaration.

Congress would be touchy as well. Mass arrests of the traitors, pursuit across international borders, incarceration etc will be a headache.

Then there is the private sector traitors. MSM will be squealing like pigs as they are picked up and hauled off to be incarcerated. Antifa will be scurrying around like rats. But at least they will be known rats, their assembly points also known, and their paychecks cut off.

This whole operation would be just too massive and keeping it quiet too impossible. But as idle speculation it can be intellectually interesting, if ultimately frustrating.

If the Supreme is not secure, this is a non-starter. Roberts may have been leveraged by blackmail earlier, but those strings have been cut. RBG, on the other hand…there is the possibility she has been flipped. "Who is 'really' managing her care?" If it is patriots, then there is a reason behind that.

As far as 'filling the gaps' goes. I see the DS as basically dead weight. Loosing them will make those around them leaner and meaner. The corruption tax will be lifted and the bad decisions they make will no longer be made.

> CHOAD

Not familiar with the CHOAD documents.

>Who signed FISA??

Not Roberts. Something is going on with the FISA courts, else there would already be contempt & obstruction rulings from them. Resignations could be coming. And action on contempt/obstruction may being coordinated with Durham.

The originalist/non-swamp majority in the Supreme Court is real, otherwise Plan Z would be in effect now.

Marcus Aurelius chose Commodus, his son, as his co-emperor and successor.Commodus was the worst Roman emperor there was while Marcus Aurelius was the best. So even the best can make personnel mistakes, especially when leveraged by blood.
