Not all humans are evil and it is the same with aliens.
But you look at whatever is unknown as dangerous or evil in a way to protect yourself, that is the smartest move you can do, you do not willfully accept unknown as "good" because someone else said it is good. And from information provided not everything that is not human is "good". There is a lot of information about Archons and greys and it is not positive.Even so if there is a lot of different kinds of aliens you still can't accept them as good for your own sake. Same what happened with refuges in Europe - they were opened with open hands yet they caused so much Death Rape Pain and sorrow.
There was a lot of preachers saying they were peaceful but they were not. And we can not do this too.
Small part of them were actually normal people looking for a way out of war that was created.
