I have a thought.

Since the Senate is "politicized" and "partisan". What are the chances that since Schumer, is blasting all over the news that there wont be a fair trial and that its rigged for trump. Why not propose from a impartial solition, have the R's come out and say that in the spirit of truth and righteousness and a non-bias trial. Have a special resolution be passed and voted to move the impeachment trial to a Military Court of Justice/Tribunal ,with absolute subpoena power and no parameters. Find the truth, the absolute truth no matter where it takes them. Give them the power to charge "trump" or anyone else with any crimes they find. The ultimate trap, " hey Democrats, trump can be charged with treason, orange man gets hanged". According to the Democrats soooo many top military personnel hate trump right? It's why chairborne ranger vidman just HAD to say something about trumps behavior. If anything it should be on their favor in the eyes of the masses and news. Nobody would question what would come out of it (trials) if if got presented to the masses in the manner I mentioned. It would work.
