Giuliani says he has new proof of massive corruption in Ukraine involving Bidens

Trump lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani says he’s uncovered proof of “extensive” corruption in Ukraine, including “clear” proof of money laundering by Burisma energy company and Hunter and Joseph R. Biden.
In a series of tweets, Mr. Giuliani said his trip earlier this month to Ukraine “garnered witnesses & documents which reveal the truth behind this impeachment,” which he said includes no wrongdoing by President Trump.
“Evidence revealed that corruption in 2016 was so extensive it was POTUS’s DUTY to ask for US-Ukraine investigation,” Mr. Giuliani tweeted, days before the House prepares to vote on impeaching the president. He said impeachment is part of a Democratic “cover up” of what he found in “hundreds of hours” and months of research.

Trump hosts governors for roundtable on regulations — live updates
President Trump is hosting a roundtable with governors at the White House on regulatory innovation, as the White House attempts to highlight President Trump's agenda and accomplishments as an impeachment vote nears.
The White House is trying to show Mr. Trump is making progress on agenda items, as Democrats are poised to likely impeach him later this week. Mr. Trump, however, has been consumed with impeachment too, if his Twitter account is any indication. The president spent some of the weekend and Monday morning tweeting and retweeting comments in his defense, including an account that promotes the QAnon conspiracy theory.
The House is expected to vote on impeachment Wednesday, with a Senate trial slated after the holidays. Mr. Trump has suggested he wants a showy trial, with lots of witnesses, including the Bidens and the whistleblower, but Senate Republicans want the process to be swift. South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, says he's already made up his mind on impeachment, and he's "not trying to pretend to be a fair juror."

Wisconsin Judge Rules More than 200,000 Voter Registrations Should Be Tossed
A Wisconsin judge has ruled that more than 200,000 voters who failed to respond to an October mailing, flagging them for having potentially moved, must have their names stricken from the registration rolls.
A lawsuit, filed on behalf of three Wisconsin voters by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL), alleged that the Wisconsin Election Commission was not following the law when they allowed a two-year grace period to go by for residents who had moved to change their address. The commission sent a mailer asking people to update their addresses. About 234,000 failed to respond in the 30-day window.
The judge, Paul Malloy, denied a request by Election Commission attorneys to put his decision on hold. He ordered the Commission to follow the law requiring voters who didn’t respond to be deactivated.
Instead of obeying the law, the WEC sued.

‘No need to panic the others’: United passenger watches FLAMES shoot from plane engine, doesn’t want to upset anyone (VIDEO)
A terrified United Airlines passenger had a particularly odd response when he saw flames shooting out of an engine during his flight. Not wanting to cause a panic, he just sat there and said nothing.
Thomas Chorny was flying from San Diego to Chicago on Monday when he looked out the window during some turbulence and was greeted with the alarming sight of long bursts of flames belching out of an engine on the right wing.
Despite being in a potentially life-threatening situation, Chorny managed to calmly record a clip of the fiery emissions, before the pilot idled the engine and the flames went out. Though he suspected some other passengers caught sight of the horrifying spectacle, he decided not to voice his concerns as he saw “no need to panic the others.”
“Strange to sit there & think ‘What if this is it?’ To just sit there & accept the potential fate that seems to be a possibility,” he later tweeted.

Latvian parliament approves Kazaks as next central bank governor
Latvia’s parliament confirmed Mārtiņš Kazāks as the next governor of the country’s central bank today (December 12), local media reported, as his predecessor prepares to face trial on corruption charges.

Day 5: The Fitting Of Technocracy And Transhumanism

Secret Deep State Demands: The FBI Wants Consumers’ Credit Data
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has secretly demanded access to a whole bunch of consumer credit information and data. Recently revealed documents prove that the FBI wants access to troves of financial information from the nation’s largest credit agencies.
According to a report by Tech Crunch, this is a regular thing for the FBI. The government agency regularly uses these legal powers (known as national security letters) to compel credit giants to turn over non-content information, such as records of purchases and locations, that the agency deems necessary in national security investigations. But these letters have no judicial oversight and are typically filed with a gag order, preventing the recipient from disclosing the demand to anyone else; including the target of the letter.
Since the law changed (lawmakers changed it to protect themselves and the government at large) in 2015 in the wake of the Edward Snowden disclosures that revealed the scope of the U.S. government’s surveillance operations, recipients have been allowed to petition the FBI to be cut loose from the gag provisions and publish the letters with redactions. Only a few tech companies, including Facebook, Google, and Microsoft, have disclosed that they have ever received one or more national security letters.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein today announced that Edward O’Callaghan will serve as the Acting Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General. Black voter support for Trump at ‘highest levels,’ could seal 2020 win

Kanye West isn’t the only one anymore.
A growing number of polls show that President Trump is gaining the support of black voters above what any Republican president has ever received. Both Emerson Polling and Rasmussen Reports have it at about 34%, a stunning number.
And a new Zogby Analytics survey found that African American support is at the “highest levels of the year,” driven by a strong economy, historically low black unemployment, and Trump’s agenda to support minority small businesses, historically black colleges and universities, and passage of criminal justice reform.
“Not surprisingly, all African Americans do not hate Trump!” pollster Jonathan Zogby said in sharing his data with us.
But Trump critics don’t buy it. Democratic and Barack Obama pollster Cornell Belcher is one. He rejected the reasoning that black support is growing and suggested that the polls are wrong.
“Those reasons would assume that it’s real, which it isn’t. To have a conversation about the reason is giving it credibility,” he said.
“I’m not going to bad mouth anyone’s polling here, but particularly with small subsamples, you get blips. When you look across the data and even look back to see what the trend is, it’s pretty apparent that numbers like that are outliers,” added Belcher, the founder of Brilliant Corners Research & Strategies.
To answer those concerns, Zogby “oversampled” black voters in his latest survey and found that the support was 27%, but he also measured support in head-to-head matchups with 2020 Democratic candidates to put that support to an election test.

Russian authorities have raided NGINX offices in Moscow over a copyright infringement complaint filed by Rambler on December 4th, 2019. For those who are not familiar with NGINX, it is the world’s second-largest open-source web server owned by F5 Networks in San Francisco, California, United States while Rambler is a Russian search engine and one of the biggest web portals in the country.
Although details of the event are limited, according to a Russian language news website, Russian police carried out searches in the NGINX’s office and also detained Maxim Konovalov and Igor Sysoev, co-founders of the company. Both were freed after questioning but their phones were seized.

COP 25 was an utter failure for the United Nations.
Despite extending the conference into double overtime making it the longest COP ever, the UN was forced to adjourn without advancing the “rule book” for the Paris Climate Accord, or agreeing on a framework for an international carbon market.
UN Secretary General (and former President of the Socialist International) António Guterres was “disappointed” and stated that “the international community lost an important opportunity to show increased ambition on mitigation, adaptation & finance to tackle the climate crisis.”
The UN did at least agree on a “gender action plan.” So there’s that.
