I believe General Flynn's target is Judge Sullivan. Sullivan is going to be fucked. I haven't seen a lot of discussion about corrupt judges and how the plan will deal with them. Wonder how they're going to prosecute the judges.
I remember the last time Gen. Flynn was in court with him there was some type of surprise and Sullivan had to think about what to do for a half an hour. I think he was realizing he is fucked and Flynn has him cooked.
