“Our position is that Article I, Section 13, of the Constitution of Virginia reserves the right to ‘order’ militia to the localities. Therefore, counties, not the state, determine what types of arms may be carried in their territory and by whom. So, we are ‘ordering’ the militia by making sure everyone can own a weapon.”

The reason it works is because there is no longer any scarcity.

All needs are produced out of thin air. There is no need for a free market economy because all goods can be generated. There is no need for price discovery because all goods are free. There is no need for central planning because all goods are magically available.

Star Trek is a great example of what it would take for socialism to work. Not in this lifetime.

Indeed.

Ludwig Von Mises poses that there is no rational action. People consume based on personal preferences and that these preferences can not be measured because they are irrational.

It is quite possible that in Detroit, replicators would be producing crack, heroin and guns.

There is no guarantee that a scarcity free society would be a Utopia. The path to happiness is narrow because it is paved with self discipline and control.

I am grateful for QRB during the notables and captcha fiasco.

For me, the breads are moving too slow and QResearch is functional again.

Earlier today I stopped by for a bit, but it was the same bread from several days ago.

It is great to know it is there if needed, though.
