They are still here but not as often. You can't do this for two years straight and not need to lighten your load. Newer people have to learn too, and teach others who help others learn, who teach others. The more you do it, the better you'll get at it, but we have to get everyone awake and not rely on just the first wave. The war is on many fronts now.
